City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in Closed Session and was
briefed on Closed Session Item B, "Anticipated Litigation ". There is no reportable
action .
City Council will resume closed sess ion discussion of item A , "Employee
Performance Evaluation ", after the adjournment of the regular City Counci l meeting .
