COUNCIL "PRE- MEETING" WORK SESSION, NOVEMBER 5, 2012
CALL TO ORDER
The November 5, 2012, City Council "Pre- Meeting" Meeting was convened at
5:45 P.M. by President Pro Tempore Bob Weber in the absence of Mayor
Struemph. Councilman Weber stated that the Mayor will be unable to attend
tonight's meetings.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Henry, Luebbert, Pope, Prather, Schulte, Scrivner, and
Weber
Absent: None
*Councilwoman Carrie Carroll and Councilman Rick Mihalevich arrived at 5:48
P.M.
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Appointments:
Councilman Weber stated that since the Mayor is absent tonight there would be
no need to separate the appointments to vote on them separately.
City Counselor Drew Hilpert reported that Gilbert Cole will be able to attend the
November 19 Council meeting to provide the City Council a report on the recent
water outage.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:52 P.M.
