COUNCIL "PRE- MEETING" WORK SESSION, NOVEMBER 19, 2012
CALL TO ORDER
The November 19, 2012, City Council "Pre- Meeting" Meeting was convened at
5:45 P.M. by Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Henry, Luebbert, Mihalevich Prather, Schulte, and
Weber
Absent: Pope
Arrived after the meeting convened: Carroll (5:50 P.M.) and Scrivner (5:47
P.M.)
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
LIAISON REPORTS — Councilman Larry Henry will be making a report on
Environmental Quality Commission.
2012 -87 (Vacating Chestnut Street) Councilman Scrivner stated he will leave this on
the Informal Calendar as the parties are still discussing various issues.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
