COUNCIL "BROWN BAGEL" WORK SESSION, NOVEMBER 29, 2012
CALL TO ORDER
The November 29, 2012, Brown Bagel Work Session was convened at 7:38 A.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Carroll, Mihalevich, Pope, Prather, and Schulte
Absent: Henry, Luebbert, and Weber
Arrived after Meeting Started: Scrivner (7:46 a.m.)
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2012 -112 (supplemental appropriation for Airport) — Public Works Director Roger
Schwartze stated that he understands Councilman Scrivner, the sponsor, will be
withdrawing this bill.
*Councilman Scrivner arrived at this point in the meeting.
2012 -87 (Chestnut Street vacation) — Councilman Scrivner stated he intends to leave
this on the Informal Calendar.
BACK TO 2012 -112 (supplemental appropriation for Airport) — Councilman Scrivner
confirmed he does plan to withdraw this bill on Tuesday night.
RS2012 -19 (Establishing Kevin Meinhardt Award) — City Administrator Nathan
Nickolaus stated the Council may wish to move this up on the agenda Monday night
since Mr. Meinhardt's surviving family members will be here to receive that resolution.
