SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
FEBRUARY 18, 2020
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Fish called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember — Man, Sternquist, Yu (arrived at 6:40 p.m.),
Chavez, Fish
ABSENT: Councilmember — None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Murphy, City Clerk Kuo
Councilmember Man made a motion to excuse Councilmember Yu and
Councilmember Sternquist. Seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Chavez,

4. CLOSED SESSION
A. Purpose: Employee Performance Evaluation

City Council recessed to closed session at 6:30 p.m. and reconvened with all
members present at 7:32 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in Closed Session on Closed
Session Item A "Employee Performance Evaluation" and Closed Session Item B
"Anticipated Litigation". There is no reportable action.
