COUNCIL "BROWN BAGEL" WORK SESSION, DECEMBER 13, 2012
CALL TO ORDER
The December 13, 2012, Brown Bagel Work Session was convened at 7:35 A.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Henry, Luebbert, Mihalevich, Prather, Schulte, and Scrivner
Absent: Pope, and Weber
Arrived after Meeting Started: *Carroll (7:42 a.m.)
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2012 -124 (Contract with Chamber of Commerce) — Councilman Mihalevich pointed
out some typographical errors in the contract. City Counselor Drew Hilpert stated those
would be corrected.
2012 -125 (Facade Improvement Committee) — Councilman Bray stated he will have
some questions about this at Monday night's Regular Meeting.
2012 -116 (Final Subdivision Plate of Lage Ridge) — Janice McMillan, Director of
Planning and Protective Services, explained the changes in the Substitute 2012 -116
which the Council received.
*Councilwoman Carrie Carroll left the meeting at 7:53 A.M.
Resolution RS2012 -20 (Continuation of E. High Street TIF) — Mayor Eric Struemph
asked the Council to consider moving this item up and acted on immediately following
the associated public hearing on Monday night.
2012 -87 (Chestnut Street vacation) — Councilman Scrivner stated he has a meeting
with some of the interested parties and would let the Council know on Monday night the
status of this issue after the meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made for adjournment by Councilman Ralph Bray, seconded by
Councilman Bob Scrivner, and approved unanimously at 7:54 A.M.
