RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN STATE DISABILITY
INSURANCE FOR MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES,
SUPERVISORY EMPLOYEES AND ALL OTHER OFFICE STAFF
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District does resolve
as follows:
WHEREAS State Disability Insurance is a program available to public sector
employees; and
WHEREAS, Management, Supervisory and Office Staff Employees voted, by
majority, to participate in the State Disability Insurance Program; and
WHEREAS participation in State Disability Insurance is,by law, an employee
paid program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of Midpeninsula
Regional Open Space District authorizes the Management, Supervisory and Office Staff
Employees to participate in State Disability Insurance.
RESOLUTION NO. 02-15
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space
District on May 22, 2002, at a regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:
AYES: D. Littte, P. Sieme", M. Davey, J. Cyh, N. Hanko, L. Hazlett, K. Nitz
NOES: none
ABSTAIN: none
ABSENT: none
