COUNCIL "PRE- MEETING" WORK SESSION, JANUARY 7, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The January 7, 2013, City Council "Pre- Meeting" Meeting was convened at 5:45
P.M. by Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Henry, Luebbert, Pope, Prather, Schulte, and Weber
Absent: Carroll, Mihalevich, and Scrivner* (arrived at 5:53 p.m.)
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2012 -118 (Supplemental Appropriation for Elections Fund) — Councilman
Schulte stated he will offer some amendments to this bill tonight.
2012 -119 (Amending Personnel Policy Manual) — Councilman Schulte stated
he will offer some amendments to this bill tonight.
2012 -125 (Fagade Improvement Committee) — Councilman Ralph Bray
distributed a Substitute bill which he stated he intends to offer at tonight's
meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:54 P.M.
