COUNCIL "PRE- MEETING" WORK SESSION, JANUARY 22, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The January 22, 2013, City Council "Pre- Meeting" Meeting was convened at 5:45
P.M. by Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Henry, Luebbert, Pope, Prather, Schulte, and Weber
Absent: Carroll
Arrived after meeting was convened: *Mihalevich and Scrivner (both
arrived at 5:47 p.m.)
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
*Councilmen Mihalevich and Scrivner arrived at 5:47 p.m. during discussion
of Council Liaison reports.
2012 -118 (Supplemental Appropriation for Elections Fund) — Councilman
Schulte stated he plans to remove this from the Informal Calendar to be voted on
tonight, and that he does not plan to amend the bill to change the source of
funding for the appropriation.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
