1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chavez called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. telephonically using
GoToMeeting app.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember—Man, Sternquist, Yu, Chavez
ABSENT: Councilmember—Fish
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Murphy, Attorney Eric Vail, City Clerk Kuo,
Deputy City Clerk Nunez, and Richard Tagore-Erwin
Mayor Pro Tem Yu made a motion to excuse Councilmember Fish. Seconded by Councilmember Man.

4. CLOSED SESSION
