COUNCIL "BROWN BAGEL" WORK SESSION, FEBRUARY 28, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The February 28, 2013, Brown Bagel Work Session was convened at 7:37 A.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Carroll, Henry, Luebbert, Mihalevich, Prather, and Scrivner
Absent: Bray, Pope, Schulte, and Weber
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bill 2012 -145 (Amending JCTV Contract) — Discussion was held regarding whether to
change the 30 -day termination notice back to 90 days.
Bills 2012 -135 and 2012 -136 (Placing Charter Amendments Pertaining to Election
Dates Before Voters) — Councilwoman Carroll stated she will leave these on the
Informal Calendar and offer substitute bills at the March 18 meeting which would place
the issues on the April, 2014 ballot rather than August, 2013.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:46 a.m.
