COUNCIL "PRE- MEETING" WORK SESSION, MARCH 4, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The March 4, 2013, City Council "Pre- Meeting" Meeting was convened at 5:45
P.M. by Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Henry, Luebbert, Mihalevich, Prather, Schulte,
Scrivner, and Weber
Absent: Carroll and Pope
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Liaison & Committee Reports:
Councilman Larry Henry will be making a report on JCTV.
Appointments by the Mayor:
Mayor Struemph indicated one of the appointments needed to be removed from
the list which was placed on the list erroneously. He indicated he would be
asking for a motion to approve all names except that one in the regular meeting.
Budget Issues:
City Administrator Nathan Nickolaus distributed a list of questions and answers
regarding the budget issues and indicated he and staff will handle discussion of
the items in whichever way the Council prefers.

The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
