Home My Public Portal About20110318 BB work sessionCOUNCIL WORK SESSION, MARCH 18, 2011 1 CALL TO ORDER The March 18, 2011, City Council "Brown Bag" Meeting was convened at 12:05 P.M. by President Pro Tempore Ron Medin in the absence of Mayor John Landwehr. ATTENDANCE The following Council Members were present: Present: Griffith, Koon, Medin, Pope, Scrivner, and Struemph Absent: Carroll, Harvey, Penfold, and Weber DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS Announcements: Acting Community Development Director Charles Lansford stated he would like to make an announcement on Monday night about the opening of the Hazardous Household Waste site which will occur on March 23. Councilman Ron Medin stated there will be a City candidate and issues forum held at City Hall, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce and Rotaract, on March 24, and asked that it be added to the agenda under "Announcements of Upcoming Meetings and Events." ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 12:18 P.M.
