CALL TO ORDER
The March 21, 2011, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:50 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.

The following Council Members were present:
Present: Harvey, Koon, Medin, Penfold, Pope, Scrivner (arrived at 5:52 P.M.),
and Weber
Absent: Carroll, Griffith, and Struemph
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Announcements of Upcoming Meetings and Events:
Acting Community Development Director Charles Lansford will be making an announcement
about the March 23 opening of the Household Hazardous Waste facility.
*Councilman Bob Scrivner arrived at this point in the meeting (5:52 P.M.)
ADJOURNMENT
