Pursuant to Section 3 of Executive Order N-29-20, issued by Governor Newson on
March 17, 2020, cities are allowed to hold City Council meetings via teleconferencing

recommended unless removed for further discussion. If members of the
Successor Agency or persons in the audience wish to discuss any matters listed
on the Consent Calendar, please address them at this time.
Recommendation: Approve item A and B per recommendation.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Successor Agency is requested to review and approve the Minutes
of the Regular Successor Agency to the Former Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency meeting of February 18, 2020.
Recommendation: Approve.
B. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 20-5466-SA – APPROVAL OF
PAYMENT OF BILLS
The Successor Agency is requested to adopt Resolution No. 20-5466-SA
authorizing payment of bills.
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 20-5466-SA.
