Mayor Chavez called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.
telephonically.

City Council recessed to closed session at 7:03 p.m. and reconvened with all members
present at 7:30 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in Closed Session and was briefed
on Closed Session Item A “Anticipated Litigation”. There is no reportable action.

The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:48 p.m.
