The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to inform you of the following upcoming events and
dates related to Village operations:

Thursday, February 2, 2023 Architectural Review Board (1:00 pm)
Monday, February 27, 2023 Resort Tax Committee (11:30 am)

Sunday, January 29, 2023 "Music Series on the Beach" (4:00 - 5:30 pm)
Join us for a live musical performance by jazz
artist, Wendy Pederson and ensemble. Located
on the beach by the jetty. RSVP to Marie or email

Wednesday, February 1, 2023 "Unscripted Ball Harbour Art Tour - Bonnie
Lautenberg Exhibit at JMOF" (10:30 am -12 pm)
Enjoy a guided tour of the new exhibits at the
Jewish Museum of Florida, including Lady
Liberty: A Bonnie Lautenberg Retrospective and
Fragile Beauty by Beatriz Chachamovits, Mira
Lehr, and Lauren Shapiro. Light refreshments will
be provided beginning at 10:30 am, followed by
a guided tour at 11 am. RSVP to Marie or email

Saturday, February 4, 2023 "Full Moon Yoga" (5:45 - 6:45 pm)

Sunday, February 5, 2023 "Movie Night on the Beach ft. Mamma Mia!"
(7:00 - 9:00 pm)
Join us for an early Valentine's date night with a
movie on the beach under the stars. Light
refreshments will be available beginning at 7 PM
and the movie will begin at 7:30 PM. Located on
the beach by the jetty. RSVP to Marie or email

Monday, February 13, 2023 "Coffee with a Cop" (8:00 - 9:30 am)
In partnership with the Sea View Hotel, the Police
Department will host a meet -and -greet for
residents and guests to discuss concerns or ideas
with the Police Department while enjoying coffee
and light refreshments. Located on the beach
path by the Sea View Hotel.
Sunday, February 19, 2023 "The Market at Bal Harbour Beach" (11 am - 5 pm)
The Market in partnership with Florida Fresh
Market will offer a variety of fresh fruit, smoothies,
and artisanal food for you to enjoy during your
stroll on the beach. The Market will take place
weekly on Sundays from February 19 - March 12.
Located on the beach path by 96 Street.
Sunday, February 19, 2023 "Sounds by the Sea Concert Series"
(4:00 - 5:30 pm)
Join us for a live musical performance featuring a
flamenco quartet and live flamenco dancers.

Sunday, February 26, 2023 "6th Annual 5K Race/Walk" (7:30 am)
Join the Rotary Club of Bal Harbour and the Bal
Harbour Police Department for our 61h Annual 5K
