MEMORANDUM
TO: Property Owners in Bay Harbor Islands

The Town of Bay Harbor Islands will be producing the Bay Harbor Islands Art Festival as part
of its 75th Anniversary.
The exact dates of the Festival are February 4th and 5th, 2023. The Festival will be open to the
public from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. There will be a concert on Bay
Harbor Terrace Saturday night starting at 6:00 p.m.
We are respectfully requesting that you notify your tenants of the information contained in this
memorandum.
Due to the requirements, necessary to set up for the Festival, we have requested permission from
the Town of Bay Harbor Islands and the FDOT to close Kane Concourse from East Bay Harbor
Drive to West Bay Harbor Drive, and Bay Harbor Terrace between Kane Concourse to 95th
street. Road Closures will begin at 10am Friday February 3rd.
These streets will remain closed until approximately 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 5th. In
addition, there will be detours set up facilitate smooth traffic flow during the Festival.
Please make alternate arrangements for any deliveries during this time period.
