SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Work on the Parallel Taxiway Predesign Study (FAA/AIP Grant 3-16-0023-026-2019) has been
completed and is awaiting final closeout documentation. The following documents need to be approved.
1) Letter from Mayor Giles to Scott Eaton, FAA, approving the Study results,
2) FAA Form 425 – Federal Financial Report
3) FAA Form 270 – Request for Advance or Reimbursement
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve final cost documents and closeout report for the Parallel Taxiway Predesign Study (FAA/AIP
Grant 3-16-0023-026-2019) and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
