Subject: Upcoming Public Workshops for Special Election
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to inform you of the following upcoming public
workshops. In preparation for the special municipal election, scheduled for May 2, 2023, the
Village is hosting two public workshops in order to provide information to the residents
regarding the election and the referendum item. The workshops are scheduled as follows:
Monday, April 3, 2023
6:30 pm
Sea View Hotel, Crystal Ballroom
and
Wednesday, April 19, 2023
6:30 pm
Sea View Hotel, Crystal Ballroom
The Village will provide information regarding the ballot item, regarding the height of
structures to be used for municipal purposes. Notice of these workshops was provided
through a direct mailer to every resident, in addition to posting on the Village Clerk's bulletin
board, on the Village website, social media pages, and sent out via email notification.
