A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF MOAB BUSINESS LICENSE FEE
SCHEDULE FOR THE PURPOSES OF CHANGING SPECIAL EVENT FEES
WHEREAS, the Moab City Council (Council) adopted the amended Special Events
ordinance on April 11, 2017,
WHEREAS, the proposed changes to the ordinance included a recommendation to adjust
the special event fee based upon two different levels of events, Level 1 and Level 1; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Moab periodically adjusts its fees to reflect increases in costs;
NOW, THEREFORE, WE THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB
AMENDS THE CITY OF MOAB BUSINESS LICENSE FEE STRUCTURE AS FOLLOWS:

Level 1 Special Event
$200
Level 2 Special Event
$400
Special Event
$90
Special Business Event
$290
