The minutes of the meeting held on Pleb. 13, 1960 were'read approved
and adopted. The minutes of the meting held on March 2, 1966 were
read, approved and adopted.
Mr. Dodson made a motion the Town pay Jack Carver for the 24"
pipe and -.for its installation along Gulf Stream Road. Total cost
of $ 1$01.00. Mr. Pope seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
J.Raleigh Fountain reported bank balances as follows:

GENERAL FUND 2212$9.32
RES. DEP. FUND 2,630.94

Payments during the month of February, 1960:
From Water Fund - Checks # 225 -229 Totaled" $94.12

All of the above payments were unanimously approved.
Mayor Lindsay read the Police and Water reports.
Md. Dodson made a motion that the amount of the Petty cash fund
be raised to $ 50.00. Mr. Pope Seconded and the motion carried.
The letter of March 10, 1960 from Mr. Ben Herr was read.The
Commissioners all expressed their gratitude to Mr. Herr. for his
splendid work and cooperation. Mr. Herds bill of $ 100.00 was
approved for payment.
Mayor Lindsay stated that this completed the business that
needed attention of the Commissioners now in office. He extended
his personal thanks for the diligent work of each of the Commissioners
during their tenure of office. Mayor Lindsay said that he hoped that
each Commissioner felt as he'did that the last three years have
been good years for the Town. He extended the invitation to all
those present to remain for the Installation and Organization
meeting to follow.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE TOWN COMMISSIONERS
SITTING AS A BOARD OF EQUALIZERS ON:
MARCH 2-33 24 and -2-5, 1960

The Town Commissioners of Gulf Stream, Florida met
at the Town Hall in Gulf Stream, Florida at 10:00 A.M.
on March -23'r Z'and 2-5P19601 to hear and consider any
complaints of the tax payers and to receive and equalize
values of real estate and improved property on the Town's
tax assessment rolls as of January 1, 1960:11
A motion was made to recess the meeting of the Town
Commissioners sitting as a Board of Equalizers until 10:00
A.M. on August 3.7 ";61960: The motion was seconded and
was then passed unanimously.
The Commissioners a.7reed to reconvene at Gulf Stream
