CALL TO ORDER

The September 15, 2008, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Carroll, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Layton, Medin and
Penfold, and Randolph
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Staff presentations: Councilman Dan Klindt asked if Community Development Director Pat
Sullivan could also give a brief report tonight on some of the storm water problems
experienced by the city due to some very heavy rainfall over the weekend.
Ward Three Public Forum: Mayor John Landwehr stated that the Council had agreed at
Friday's Brown Bag work session that the public forum should be held on Tuesday, October
14 from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. and asked that the date be announced later in the regular
meeting for the benefit of the viewing public.
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
