CALL TO ORDER

The October 6, 2008, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:50 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Layton, Medin and Penfold, and
Randolph
Absent: Carroll
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bill 2008 -65 (Agreement with SSM and Cole County) - City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus
distributed an amended agreement which he just received this afternoon from legal counsel
of the affected parties. Mayor John Landwehr asked that Mr. Nickolaus be prepared to
explain each proposed amendment to the Council in the regular meeting since they have
not had a chance to review it before now.
The meeting adjourned at 5:58 P.M.
