The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to inform you of the following upcoming events and dates related
to Village operations:
Village Meetings
Tuesday, October 25, 2022 General Employees' Retirement Board (6:30 pm)
Tuesday, October 25, 2022 Local Planning Agency (Immediately following the
General Employees' Retirement Board)
Tuesday, October 25, 2022 Village Council Meeting (Immediately following the
Local Planning Agency)
Thursday, November 10, 2022 Architectural Review Board (1:00 pm)
Village Hall, 2nd Floor Conference Room
Monday, November 21, 2022 Village Council Induction Ceremony (10:00 am)
Village Hall, 2"d Floor Conference Room
Tuesday, November 22, 2022 Village Council Meeting (6:30 pm)
Events on the Horizon
Thursday, October 27, 2022 "Surf-Bal-Bay SUPER Night Out" (6:00 - 8:00 pm)
The community is invited to join law enforcement
representatives from Surfside, Bal Harbour, and Bay
Harbor Islands, for an evening of food, fun, and music at
this SUPER HERO event! Located along Bay Harbor
Terrace, between 96th and 97th Streets.
Sunday, October 30, 2022 "Seek & Treat Pumpkin Hunt" Fall Scavenger Hunt along
the Bal Harbour Beach Path. Visit the Beach Path starting
at 4:30 PM to find the 18 pumpkins to unscramble the
phrase. Then meet us at "Symphony by the Sea" on the
Beach by the Jetty with your completed sheet to collect
your prize. Prizes must be redeemed in person by 6:30
PM.

Sunday, October 30, 2022 "Symphony by the Sea" (5:00 - 6:30 pm)
Performance includes pieces honoring Hispanic Heritage
Month, as well as a preview of the South Florida
Symphony Orchestra's 22/23 season. Located at Bal
Harbour Jetty Beach.
Monday, November 7, 2022 "Full Moon Yoga" (5:30 pm - 6:30 pm)
Located at the Bal Harbour Jetty Beach
Wednesday, November 9, 2022 "Unscripted Bal Harbour" Art Tour of the De la Cruz
Collection at their private home. Tour begins at 1 pm,
transportation provided leaving Village Hall at 12 pm.
Light refreshments will be served. RSVP to Marie or
events@balharbourfl.gov.
Monday, November 21, 2022 "Holiday Lighting Ceremony" (7:00 - 9:00 pm)
Join us in Founders' Circle, as we light up Bal Harbour to
kick off the holiday season. This complimentary event will
include musical performances by local youth groups,
light refreshments, and a light snowfall for everyone to
enjoy.
