CALL TO ORDER

The December 15, 2008, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Carroll, Ferguson (arrived at 5:57), Harvey, Klindt, Layton (arrived at
5:55), Medin, Penfold, Randolph, and Scrivner
Absent: Koon
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilman Dan Klindt will give a brief update on the ambulance advisory committee over
which he was recently elected Chairman.
Bill 2008 -103 (Hwy. 179 project) - City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus distributed a contract
which had just this afternoon been provided to him and explained briefly the changes in the
Substitute Bill. Mayor John Landwehr stated he would allow a recess after this bill is
brought up in the regular meeting which would allow the Council more time to read through
the contract before they have to vote on it.
The meeting adjourned at 5:58 P.M.
