Ice skating equipment will be provided, and skating will be available for residents and visitors, through a reservation system at: balharbourfl.gov/events. Miami Book Fair & "Unscripted Bal HarbourArt Chat" (12:00 pm - 2:00 pm) In partnership.with the Miami Book Fair, this Unscripted Bal Harbour Art Chat presents architect Moshe Safdie.
