CALL TO ORDER

The January 5, 2009, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Carroll, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Layton, Medin (arrived at 5:50 P.M.),
Penfold, Randolph, and Scrivner
Absent: Ferguson
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2008 -117 (street name change, City View Drive to McCarty) - Councilman Mike Harvey
asked to be placed on this bill as co- sponsor. Councilman Jim Penfold stated he will be
unable to attend the January 20 Council meeting so someone else will need to place this
on the informal calendar to meet the public notice time frame. Mayor John Landwehr asked
staff to contact Councilman Kenneth Ferguson to ask if he also would like to consider being
a co- sponsor since it's in his ward, and he is absent today.
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
