The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to share with you that The Beach Haus was
issued the Certificate of Occupancy on November 17, 2022. This is the second building in
the Beach Haus complex. This Beach Haus building has 63 apartment hotel units. They
have opened just in time for the season and Art Basel events.
