CALL TO ORDER

The January 20, 2009, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Carroll, *Ferguson (arrived at 5:50 P.M.), Harvey, Klindt, Koon,
Layton, Medin, Randolph, and Scrivner
Absent: Penfold
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Presentations from Staff: City Administrator Steve Rasmussen stated he would announce
that an "incentives" list of City projects and needs is being developed in case funds are
released from the Federal Government as part of the economic stimulus program.
*Councilman Kenneth Ferguson arrived at this point in the meeting
2008 -117, 2008 -118, and 2008- 119:These three bills will be placed on the Informal
Calendar tonight.
