1 . Welcome and Introductions
Kristy Senatori, Executive Director of the Cape Cod Commission, will welcome Subcommittee
members and facilitate introductions.
2 . Election of Officers
Subcommittee members will nominate and vote to elect a chair and vice -chair.
3 . Outline of Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund Management Board Bylaws
Subcommittee members will review an outline of the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund
Management Board bylaws and discuss questions related to content and Management Board
operations. Materials are available for the public to review at

Commission office, 322S Main Street, Barnstable, MA,

Subcommittee members will discuss next meeting date and agenda.
