CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of May 21, 2007, was convened at 5:50 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, Ferguson, Harvey, Koon, Layton, Medin, and Penfold
Absent: Crane, Klindt, and Smith
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor John Landwehr announced there will not be a public hearing on the Eastland Drive
rezoning (Bill 2007 -7). Councilwoman Cindy Layton stated she will place the bill on the Informal
Calendar.
Mayor Landwehr stated he will make a brief mention of trip to visit the City's partner city,
Muenchberg, Germany in October.
Mayor Landwehr read through his list of appointments and that he had not heard any of any
requested changes since he announced them in draft format. Therefore, he stated he will be
making those as recommendations tonight.
Human Resources Director Gail Strope was asked to introduce the new interns which will be
with the city this summer. Three of the five interns will attend tonight's meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
