EXECUTIVE SESSION
MONDAY, JUNE 23, 2003 11:00 A.M.

The Greencastle Board of Works met in Executive Session Monday, June 23, 2003, 11:00
a.m. at City Hall. Mayor Michael called the meeting to Order at 11:10 a.m. On the Roll
Call, the following were found to be present: Sue Murray and George Murphey. Also
present: City Attorney Robertson, Officer Kristi Mason, Police Chief Hendrich and
Assistant Chief Tom Sutherlin.
This meeting was held pursuant to I.C. 5-14-1.5-6. 1 (b)(5)(A), Police Personnel, regarding
grievances filed by Officer Kristi Mason against Chief Hendrich and Assistant Chief
Sutherlin. This meeting was tape recorded.
After hearing and discussing testimony, George Murphey made a motion to adjourn at
3:50 p.m., seconded by Mayor Michael. Vote was unanimous.
