CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of June 4, 2007, was convened at 5:48 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, Crane, Ferguson ( *arrived at 5:50 P.M.), Harvey, Klindt, Koon,
Layton (* *arrived at 5:55 P.M.), Medin, Penfold, and Smith
Absent: Ferguson & Layton were absent at beginning of meeting, arrived during
meeting (see * and ** below)
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mr. Kevin Zumwalt, Fire Training School, was added under Presentations from Invited Guests
to give a brief presentation about the school which will start tomorrow (June 5) in Jefferson
City.
Councilman Kevin Brown stated he will be abstaining on Consent Agenda item (e) pertaining
to agreement with Sho -Me Technologies.
*Councilman Kenneth Ferguson arrived at this point in the meeting (5:50 P.M.)
Reconsideration of Bill 2007 -6: The Council will ask City Planner Janice McMillan to make a
brief synopsis of this issue before the Council votes to reconsider the issue.
* *Councilwoman Cindy Layton arrived at this point in the meeting (5:55 P.M.)
The process for reconsidering a bill was explained briefly by City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus.
The meeting adjourned at 5:52 P.M.
