An increase in graffiti appeared in the various neighborhood i of the city. I believe much of this increase was due to the recruitment of new gang members at the various schools. As a result of this, I private areas around school campuses have been hit more regularly with I graffiti. Aopefully we can control this area before the Holiday Season begins. In November we would like to target the various shopping centers to keep them attractive for shopping. I Return [o Housing and Community Development Division.
