CALL TO ORDER
Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of June 18, 2007, was convened at 5:46 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, Crane, Ferguson ( *arrived at 5:50 P.M.), Harvey, Klindt, Koon,
Layton (* *arrived at 5:55 P.M.), Medin, and Penfold
Absent: Smith
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGEN
DA ITEMS
2007 -7 (Eastland Drive rezoning)
Mayor John Landwehr briefly explained the details of the agreement which has been reached
between the residents and developer in this issue.
*Councilman Kenneth Ferguson arrived at this time in the meeting.
2007 -31 (demolition contract amendment)
Mayor John Landwehr will ask Finance Director Steve Schlueter, City Administrator Steve
Rasmussen, or City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus to explain the contract amendment
associated with this bill.
