Dear Mr. Robinson:
The six cities of Bell, Cudahy, Huntington Park, Lynwood, Maywood and
South Gate have established a Joint Powers Authority for the purpose
of delivering job training services. The first meeting of the Hub
Cities Joint Powers Authority (Hub Cities J.P.A.) will be hosted by
the applicant; City of Cudahy.
DATE: Thursday, October 29, 1987
TIME: 7:30 P.M. (food Served: 7:00 P.M.)
LOCATION: Gudahy City Hall Conference Room

Each of the six cities have designated a member of their city council
to serve as the representative of their city to serve on the J.P.A.
This city council member's presence is requested at this first very
important organizational meeting.
Upon selection of a Chairperson for the Hub Cities J.P.A., the
Chairperson shall move forward with the prepared agenda, plus any
other items requested by motion of the J.P.A. Members.
It is our pleasure to be of assistance in facilitating this first I
meeting of the Hub Cities J.P.A.
