AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB OWNER'S
LICENSE TO FOR THE 2011 -2012 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2011 -2012 License Tear, trading as
NORTHEAST LIVERY SERVICE
WHEREAS, the qualification of the applicant has been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department and the said department recommends that a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2011 -2012 License Tenn be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue THOMAS E. LIPNICKI JR. , a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2011 -2012 License Tern.
Adopted this 28 day of April, 2011 and
certified as a true copy of the original
on April 29, 2011.
