CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of July 16, 2007, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, Crane, Ferguson (arrived at 5:50 P.M.), Harvey, Klindt, Koon,
Layton, Medin, Penfold, and Smith
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGEN
DA ITEMS
2007 -40: Councilman Dan Klindt handed out an amendment which he plans to offer at tonight's
meeting.
2007 -42: Councilman Kevin Brown said he plans to offer an amendment to extend the
bufferyard.
2007 -37: Councilman Rich Koon is going to offer an amendment which will require sidewalks.
2007 -44 substitute #3: Councilman Ron Medin explained the changes in the substitute and
associated "Schedule 1."
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
