AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSE FOR THE 2011 -2012 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for NORTHEAST LIVERY SERVICE for the 2011-
2012 License Term by the following:
CATHERINE M.SCHAIIDT
CELESTE LISCIO
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to CATHERINE M. SCHbIIDT and CELESTE LISCIO for the 2011-
2012 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2011-
2012 License Term to CATHERINE M. SCHMIDT and CELESTE LISCIO.
Adopted this 28" of April, 2011
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 29, 2011.
