ATTENDANCE The following Council Members were present: Present: Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Layton, Koon, Medin, and Penfold Absent: Smith A quorum was present. OF ADEN DA ITEMS Mayor John Landwehr explained the Economic Development Committee which will be established in conjunction with the Chamber of Commerce and asked any Council members interested in serving on that Committee to let him know. RS2007 -17 (contract with Williams Keepers): Councilman Brian Crane stated he will be tabling this resolution, and that he will make a motion that staff be directed to wait until after the September 4 Council meeting to send out a new Request for Proposals for the city audit project. The meeting adjourned at 5:58 P.M.
