CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of November 19, 2007, was convened at 5:45 P.M.
by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Layton, Koon, Medin, and
Penfold
Absent: Smith
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Consent Agenda: Councilman Kevin Brown stated he found a typo in the November 5 Council
minutes stating that his name instead of the Mayor's name was used in the "Minutes and
Reports Received and Filed" category, and requested that it be corrected. The correction was
noted by City Clerk Phyllis Powell.
Amendment to Agenda: Councilman Ron Medin stated he wanted to amend the agenda to
add Resolution RS2007 -30 which he distributed to the Council at this time. He explained the
substance of the Resolution and asked that it be brought up at the same time as Bill 2007 -109
since they were related.
RS2007 -25: City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus stated the contractor has agreed to the terms
of the latest agreement but is currently out of town on vacation and is not able to sign it until
he returns.
Mayor John Landwehr stated that there will be no need for a Closed Session.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
