AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSE FOR THE 2011 -2012 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for SAFEWAY TAXI & LIMO INC, for the 2011-
2012 License Term by the following:
JUAN SANDOVAL
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to for the 2011 -2012 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HERE13Y RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2011-
2012 License Term to JUAN SANDOVAL.

and certified as a true copy of the
