APPOINTING A BOROUGH PROSECUTOR
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Borough Prosecutor in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that
WILLIANI FEINGOLD
Be and it is here by appointed to the position of Borough Prosecutor, effective
immediately. Term to expire December 31, 2011. -
Adopted this 5 day of May, 2011 and
certified as a true copy of the original
on May 6 , 2011.
