CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of December 17, 2007, was convened at 5:45 P.M.
by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Layton, Koon, Medin, Penfold, and Smith
Absent: Harvey and Klindt
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor John Landwehr asked City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus to give an explanation of the
riverboat gambling language under "Upcoming Meetings and Events" in the main meeting.
2007 -117 (Contract for CAD /RMS system) - Councilman Kevin Brown stated he will be
abstaining on this issue.
2007 -123 (Nuisances) - City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus stated if the Council considers the
two substitutes which have been distributed, they will need to take up Substitute #2 first.
The meeting adjourned at 6:02 P.M.
