CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of January 22, 2008, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, *Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Layton, Medin, and Smith
Absent: Crane and Penfold
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilman Rich Koon stated that if the Council does not see a problem with it, he plans to
offer a motion to amend the agenda to move Bill 2007 -131 (Adrian's Island) up since there are
people attending tonight interested in that issue. The Council recommended that the item could
be moved up between Items 15 (Bills Introduced) and 16 (Bills Pending) on the agenda.
2007 -149 (fire apparatus lease) - Councilman Kevin Brown announced he will be withdrawing
this bill.
*Councilman Kenneth Ferguson arrived at this point in the meeting (5:55 P.M.)
2007 -146 and 2007 -147 - Councilman Mike Harvey stated he will be placing these on the
Informal Calendar tonight.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
