CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of February 4, 2008, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Layton, Medin, Penfold, and
Smith
Absent: Brown
A quorum was present.
OF AGENDA ITEMS
A report on the recycling pilot program will be discussed tonight.
Councilman Dan Klindt stated he would like staff to give a brief explanation of what is being
done about the issue of putting sidewalks on Missouri Boulevard and Southwest Boulevard at
the request of the two citizens who have been attending meetings interested in that issue.
Mayor John Landwehr asked if Community Development Director Pat Sullivan could be
prepared to do that, to which Mr. Sullivan replied he would be happy to do that.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
