CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of March 17, 2008, was convened at 5:50 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Layton, Medin, Penfold,
and Smith
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
RS2007 -44 (Change order for Embarq contract) - Bill Betts stated that the sponsorship
should show Councilwoman Layton on the agenda rather than Councilman Ferguson.
The meeting adjourned at 5:52 P.M.
