CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of April 7, 2008, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Layton, Medin, Penfold, and
Smith (arrived at 5:50 P.M.)
Absent: Brown
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Presentations from the Gallery - Mayor John Landwehr asked City Planner Janice McMillan
to give a brief presentation on the background of Bill 2007 -168 since that is the issue several
citizens have signed up to speak about tonight.
2007 -178 (surplus property) - Finance Director Steve Schlueter distributed a proposed
amendment to the bill which would add several fire vehicles to the proposed surplus property
items.
The meeting adjourned at 6:02 P.M.
