by eounciiman Anderson that the matter be referred to City ~~ttorney
Mess for his opinion a.s to the Resolution dray^rn. and he st~3,ted that
the council could not change the salary stated in the Resolution
if the Resolution T,=~.s a valid Resolution and that the Resolution
did not indicate th~~t the chanf;e was :~"or retroactive services, but,
ii the Resolution trrere drawn to include back salary, it probably
would not stand in court.
